He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Joseph Flanders. He is survived by: his wife Marie Duncan Morris; his son James R. "Jim" Morris (Melinda); his siblings, Sandra Flanders of Georgia, Paul Morris (Denise) of Summit, Phillip Morris Georgetown and Chris Morris (Lisa) of Brookhaven, MS; and his close friends, Wayne McDavid of Alabama and James "Bo" Hughes of Magnolia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
