He was predeceased by: his father Charles Desport, Jr.; his former wife Carla Desport; his son Clayton Daniel Desport; and his brother Clayton Desport. He is survived by: his mother Jean Helmer Desport; his wife Marion Hughes Desport; his children, Shanna Desport, Abigail Stevens, Nathaniel Desport (Tassie) and Daniel Williams; his grandchildren, Clayton Desport, Jr., Caytlon Desport, Lalee Bean, Evaons Bean, Jr., Ahni Desport, Zophi Phillips, Xyla Phillips, Jayden Desport and Kail Desport; and his siblings, Randy Desport, Ralph Garza, Mike Dugar, Josh Desport, Joyce Demolle and Cynthia Garza.
