He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Willson Dixon (Justin); his granddaughter Leanne Fuqua Turnage (Eli); his great grandchild Amelia Rose Turnage; and his sister Tommie Stewart Richardson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
