He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Alex Weaver and Burnel Goldman Weaver; and his stepson Eugene Neal Haley III. He is survived by: his wife Victoria L. Weaver; his children, Jimmy D. Weaver II, Laurie Johnson (James) and Melissa Bonds (Jamie); his stepchildren, Angela Nations, Bobby, Tianna Perrone, Ebb and James Hayes; and his siblings, Jeanette Watson, Sissy Weaver and Jeff Weaver. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
