We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2024, at the age of 86, Ilse Sterling of Liberty, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gottfried Ledermann and Paula Kollumannberger Ledermann; her son Timothy James Sterling; and her siblings, Hannelore Schmatz and Dieter Ledermann.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Sterling of Liberty; her daughter Pat Sterling Smith (Wayne) of Liberty, MS; her brother Gerhard Ledermann (Hiltrud); her granddaughters, Rebecca Budd and Samantha Coleman (H. A.); and her great grandchildren, Harrison Sterling Heflin and Anson Wayne Coleman. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
