He was predeceased by : his parents, William Harrison Mabry Sr. and Virginia Dixon Mabry. He is survived by : his children, Melissa Mabry Anderson and William Harrison Mabry, III; his grandchildren, William Harrison Mabry, IV, Mabry Elizabeth Glass, Anne Riley Glass, Ella Virginia Glass, George William Glass and Fred Alvin Anderson; his siblings, Jesse Pepper Mabry (Marcia) of Liberty, MS and Adair Mabry Brabham (Jack) of Covington, LA; and his siblings-in-law, Reggie Jones (Amy) and Patsy Jones (Herb). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home - Liberty (152 S Broad St, Liberty, MS 39645). A funeral service was held on Sunday, June 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Liberty Baptist Church (135 Main St, Liberty, MS 39645).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bill Mabry can be made to Liberty Baptist Church and Southwest Mississippi Community College.
