She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Barton and Zera Barton; her husband Walter Upchurch (Buddy); her brother Bubba Barton; her son Steve Upchurch; and her son-in-law Brad Cothran.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Upchurch Cothran, Melissa Upchurch and Pam Upchurch. She is also survived by her grandchildren and her 13 great grandchildren.
