He is survived by: his spouse Gladys Coffey; his stepson John Thomas; his grandson Frankie Cobbins Bailey; his stepgranddaughter Portia Schandorf (Stephen); his great grandchildren, Geovanna and Carsten Schandorf; and his sisters, Rosie B. Rule and Berniece Morrison (Vera). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
