He is survived by: his mother Nell Prather; his wife Kay; his sons, Jason (Lauren) of Tremont, MS and Justin (Susan) of Cleveland, MS; his siblings, Bryan Prather of Starkville, MS and Laura Holderbaum of Lewisberry, PA.; and his grandchildren, Grace Anne, Emma Kate, John Holt, Elijah Nathan and Emory.
