He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Duncan Bailey and Mary Frances Leford Bailey; and his brothers, Charles Earl Bailey and Donald David Bailey. He is survived by: his daughter Christine Renee Joyce Brocato; his siblings, Bonnie Crawford (Jeff), Mary Jane McClain (Kenny), Douglas "Bud" Bailey (Scharley) and Ricky James Bailey (Lynn); and his grandsons, Nathan Whesley Brocato, Anthony Brocato and Kaleb Burton Bryan Brocato. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
