It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Sanders of Leland, Mississippi, born in Indianola, Mississippi, who passed away on August 22, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Sanders of Indianola; and his nephew David Sanders of Indianola, Mississippi.. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Sanders; his daughters, Farrell Dowling of Marietta and Carrie Janous of Leland, Mississippi; his brothers, Tommy Sanders and William "Scooter" Sanders; and his grandchildren, Connor Janous, Caleb Janous, Cooper Janous, Baylee Oakes and Millie Oakes.
