He was predeceased by: his parents, Kels Livingston and Dollie Livingston; and his siblings, Reba Maugh and Troy Livingston. He is survived by: his wife Nell Tate Livingston; his children, Beth Williams (Jerry) and Darrell Livingston (Patti); his grandchildren, Kathryn Belville (Robert), Tate Williams (Amber), Rex Livingston and Parker Livingston; and his great grandchildren, Carson Belville and Krislyn Williams.
The family requests memorials be made in his memory to the Leland United Methodist Church.
