She is survived by: her husband Walter "Bud" Gafford; her children, Pam Steen Horton (Mike), Lynda Steen Yule (Don), David Steen (Deborah) and Kathryn Steen; her grandchildren, Steven Verner (Becky), Lacy Horton Tollison (Jeff), Michael Horton Orsak (Keith), Stephanie Steen Ewing (Chris), Lloyd Steen (Teresa) and Dave Steen (Jordan); and her great grandchildren, Lizzie, Anna Griffin, Ruthie Tollison, Aubrey, William, Abby, Wesley Orsak, Riley Verner, Steen Buckner, Lanie Ewing, Whitman, Hayes Steen, Maddox, Olivia and Warren Steen.

Due to COVID-19 risks in gathering, a private family service was held on July 9 at the chapel of Boone Funeral Home in Leland MS.
