He is survived by: his wife Mena Toche Duthu of Leland; his daughter Melissa Freeman of Houston, Arkansas; his stepdaughter Kristine Nguyen (Tuan) of Forth Worth, Texas; his brother Jerry Duthu (Charlotte) of Jackson; his siblings-in-law, Margaret Duthu of Belzoni and Gerald Dozier of Toomsuba; and his grandchildren, Olivia Freeman of Houston, Julian Nguyen of Tempe, Veronica Nguyen St. John (Zack) of Farmingdale and Hayley Oldham of Ridgeland.
