She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Steen and Clara Estella Evans Steen; her husband John Wesley Ellard; her sister Mavis Tedder; her daughter Venaree Sims; her son-in-law Bobby Holloway; and her grandsons, Gerald Caldwell, Jason Frazier and Trent Ervin.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Holloway of Greenville, MS, Cynthia DeMichele (John) of Lake Village, AR., Madeline Creel (Charles) of Calhoun, LA. and Wesley Ellard (Mary) of Greenville, MS.; her sister Sue K. Keller of Keizer, OR.; and her grandsons, Brad Creel, Chad Creel, Shannon Ellard, Tanner Foster, Ganon Hamberlin, Steven Holloway, Tim Foster, Scott Ellard and David Long.
