We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2025, at the age of 72, Jimmy Wayne Rodgers of Leland, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jimmy Wayne may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jimmy Wayne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his brother Alton Rodgers. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ann Rodgers; and his children, Lisa Rodgers Atkinson (Scott) of Hot Springs, AR, Jimmy Wayne Rodgers, Jr. of Bonerdale, AR and Charles Glen Rodgers of Clinton, MS. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
