He was predeceased by: his father Charles Henry Stevens; and his brother Gary Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Stevens; his children, Shailee Stevens and Brittany Lea Stevens; his stepchildren, Jaccob Onellion and Johnathon Onellion; his mother Ethel Stevens; his siblings, Ricky Stevens (Judy) and Glenn Stevens (Sherial); his cousin Alan Rouse; and his friends, Jack Ryals and Guy Dugas.
