He is survived by: his wife Rachel Williams; his children, Rachel Williams, Kimberly Lawshe (Richard), Robbin Khan (Monnie) and Walter "Phil" Williams, Jr. (Lauren); and his siblings, Jim Williams, Jerry Williams, Johnny Williams, George Williams, Wayne Williams and Mable Colson.
