He is survived by: his mother Betty Holifield; his children, Emily Ann Boykin (Garrett) and Caleb Holifield (Makayla); his grandchildren, Dustin, Destiny, Brooklyn, Dayton, Eli and Jameson; and his siblings, Richard Holifield (Melissa) and Chrissie Holifield Pursell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
