He was predeceased by: his son Willie Gray; his parents, JT Gray and Francis Gray; his siblings, Thelma Gray, Addie Smith, Winnie Stahle, Bethal Merritt, Buddy Gray and Willie Joe Gray; and his grandson James Douglas Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Gray; his daughters, Rhonda Gill (Robert), Amanda Ramos (Antonio) and Mary Bice (Jamie); his grandchildren, Destiny Martinez and Breianna Mizelle; and his siblings, Annie Lee, Mary Parker, Eunice Turner, Lily Turner, Charlene Hayes, Larry Gray, Johnny Gray and Mitchell Gray. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
