He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Green, Richard Michael Green (Rasha) and Joseph Lawrence Green (Janet); and his nieces and nephews, Lance Green, Joseph Green Jr., Beth Wallace (Heath), Jennifer Parnell (Jason), Samantha McKenzie (Seth) and Michelle Green.
