He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Forno and Mildred Rounsaville Garretson. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn C. Garretson; his sons, Charles G. (Melissa Garretson), Ron (Vicky Garretson) and Cory (Andrea Garretson); his grandchildren, Claire G. Ishee (David), Kathryn J. Garretson, Hunter K. Garretson, Taylor A. Garretson and Anna Beth Garretson; and his siblings, Harry F. Garretson (Jean) of Leakesville, Roland Garretson (Bobbie) of Jackson, MS, Max Garretson (Brenda) of Gastonia, N. C., Gordon Garretson of Jackson, MS, Roy Garretson (Gloria) of Sumrall and Mary Myers (Ray) of Pensacola, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
