He was predeceased by: his wife Kathrine Beard Miller; his parents, Ruby Miller and Charles "Hoss" Miller; and his siblings, Charles Jr., John Edward, Geraldine "Jerry" Perry and Carolyn Walley.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Morris Greene; his sisters, Phyllis Greene, Sandra Walley (Chatman) and Beverly Allen (David); his son Nolan Ray Tillman; and his sister-in-law Margret Miller. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
