He was predeceased by: his wife Zelline Clark; his children, Daniel Rae Clark and Wendy Renee Clark; his parents, Elvin Wesley Clark and Annie Louise Parnell Clark; his stepmother Gladys Clark; and his siblings, Ovetta Bradley, Brunette Cooley, Edna Pearl Holmes, Rita Bradley, Sylvia Clark, Millard Clark, Pete Clark, Nollin Clark, Bilbo Clark, Lionel Clark and Noel Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Tammie Lynn Clark and David Lavon Clark (Kim); his niece Kristie Booth; his grandchildren, Hannah Bice (Shawn), Denton Clark (Sandy), Leah Clark (Heath Watson), Jessica Hays (Jason), Taylor Clark (Molly), Daleree Clark and Ashton Clark; his great grandchildren, Shannah, Shaylah, Dylan Bice, Hayden Jones, Madalynn, Kade Clark, Adilynn, Mason Martin, Crae Watson, Evie Clark, Alana and Zach Hays; his daughter-in-law Becky Clark; and his brother Austin "Tommy" Clark.
