It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Ann Boothe of Leakesville, Mississippi, who passed away on February 22, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Owen Barbee and Irma Lee Dill; and her siblings, Alice Mizell, Lesley Barbee and Lary Barbee.
She is survived by: her husband James L. "Sambo" Boothe; her children, James "Scooter" Boothe (Shelby), Stephen Boothe (Lauria), John Boothe (Lacy) and DJ Boothe (Marjorie); and her siblings, Danny Barbee and Janice Prentiss. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
