She was predeceased by: her husband James Marvin Welford; her parents, James E. Kerr and Belvina Graham Kerr; her sister Lynna Beth Gupton; and her grandson James Elliot Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Onida Parrent (Monty) of Terry, Jo Lollis (Marion) of Shiloh, Marvin Ray Welford (Lisa) of Leakesville and Martha Davis (Carlie) of Leakesville, Mississippi; and her sister Judy Bright (Alton) of Elk Horn, Kentucky. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; numerous family and friends.
