He is survived by: his wife Sherry Jo Helton; his children, Brandon Helton (Maggie), Christopher Helton (Maggie) and Larissa Smith (Calep); his grandchildren, Dillon Helton, Taylor Helton, Luke Helton, Jolee Helton, Cayson Smith, Canton Smith, Cainen Smith and Coleton Smith; his mother Mary Edna "Helton" Cooley; and his siblings, Larry Helton and Debra Pierce (Pete). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moments Funeral Home (1601 Lackey St, Leakesville, MS 39451). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
