He is survived by: his children, Jay Dalton Hovatter, SaVanna Analyn Hovatter and McKinley Danae Hovatter; his mother Sandra Hovatter Bowen; his brothers, Jerry Keith Hovatter (Laura) and David Gene Hovatter (Sara); and the mother of his children LaDonna Lynn Hovatter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
