He is survived by: his son Tracy Hovatter; his grandchildren, Ruby Matthews, Amy Goldman, Ashley Hamilton, Jonathan Hovatter and Dustin Hovatter; and his siblings, Bonnie Turner, Buddy Hovatter (Doris), Sue Riles (Leonard), Peggy McNider, Bleandia Dixon (Donnie Grimes), Martina Jamison (Mark), Jimmy Green, Tammy Goldman and Becky Bradley (Reggie).
