He is survived by: his children, Cody James Baxter, Gary Wayne Baxter, III and Sierra Kaye Baxter; his grandchildren, Kodah and Camden Baxter; his parents, Gary Wayne Baxter, Sr. and Mary Baxter; his sisters, Monica Wessel (Joe) and Sabrina Corley (Michael); and his grandmothers, Reba Baxter and Julia Lisenby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
