He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Faye Douglas; his children, Lori Smith (Wade) of Dysart, Dawn Flowers (Shawn) of Madison, MS and Chase Douglas (Kayla) of Madison, MS; his mother Alma Jo Douglas of Leakesville; his siblings, Cheryl Keyes of Leakesville, Larry Douglas (Linda) of Hattiesburg, Bob Douglas (Becky) of Leakesville and Stacy Jo Douglas of Wiggins; and his grandchildren, Abby Jo Flowers, Davis Flowers, Coady Flowers, Colt Smith and Reagan Smith.
