With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Ann Hovatter (Leakesville, Mississippi), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2024 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd David "Buddy" Hovatter; her parent Joannie Quinn; and her siblings, James "Jamie" Quinn, Loid Riles, John Riles, Jay Quinn, Sammy Quinn, Woodrow Quinn, Ada Quinn, Millie Marie Quinn, Ida Hovatter, Lucille Wilburn, Nellie McInnis and Sarah Ezell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanette Parnell (Phillip), Casey Kittrell (Louis) and Peggy Leona Vance (JR); her grandchildren, Steven, Luke (Jenn), Justus (Hannah), Adam, Lance (Savannah), Dakota, Kassin and Brandy (Scott); and her brother Leonard Riles (Sue). She is also survived by grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson.
