He is survived by: his wife Cathy Walley Merritt; his children, Randall Merritt (Kimberly), Kelly West (Vince) and Jason Tillman (Rendi); his grandchildren, Chad Merritt, Leslie Dunnam, Chuck West, Cole West, Hayden West, Garrett West, Conner West, Bryce Tillman, Lakin Tillman, Dawson Tillman, Karter Williams and Cooper Tillman; his great grandchildren, Karsyn, Lyla Jane, Rivers, Paisley, Bryleigh, Carson and Beckett; and his siblings, Paul Merritt, Al Henry Merritt and Ada Butts.
