He is survived by: his daughter Allison Cooper; his parents, David Cooper and Brenda Cooper; and his children, Halee Martin, Courtney Martin, Emily Martin, Shayna Murrah, Tristan Murrah, Kylie Murrah and Jayde Parker. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
