We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2024, at the age of 80, Darrell Parnell of Leakesville, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbie S Parnell; his sisters, Bonnie Johnston and Sue Carpenter; and his parents, Dewey Parnell and Ellena Parnell.
He is survived by: his children, Dewey Parnell (Barbara), Darrell Parnell (Tina) and Lanan Hodges; his grandchildren, Amber, Zack, Jessica and Tiffany; and his brother Donald "Tiny" Parnell (Agnus). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital or to the ASPCA.
