He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Helton and Mae Jewel Helton; and his brother Darryl Helton. He is survived by: his wife Debra Helton of Leakesville; his children, Amanda Denmark of Leakesville and James Daniel Helton (Becky) of Ocean Springs; his siblings, David Helton of Leakesville, Donnie Helton (Patricia) of Leakesville, Dean Helton (Tracie) of Leakesville and Shirley Ann Howell of Lucedale; and his grandchildren, Elijah Helton of Monticello, MS, Jaxen Denmark of Leakesville, Arian Helton of Ocean Springs, Maeleigh Denmark of Leakesville and Sierrah Helton of Ocean Springs.
