She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Ray and Vernace Viola Freeman. She is survived by: her husband Gordon; her children, Betty Marsha Dent (Gene) and Gordon, Jr. (Joy); and her grandchildren, Duncan, Audrey Douglas (Tyler), Camille, Lily and Ivy.
