She is survived by: her husband Norman Kim Churchwell; her sons, Chris Dueitt (Sara) and Raleigh Dueitt (Jada); her grandchildren, Jaleigh, Nathan, Cameron, Maddison and Kassidy Dueitt; her parents, Huey Paul and Vonita Louis Kittrell Clark; her brothers, Paul Clark (Terry), Barkley Clark (Connie) and Irvin Clark; and her nieces and nephews, Encia, Maygen, Brianna, Karley, Gail, Danielle of Eric, BJ, Jared, Kyle and Brandon. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
