He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Jean Walters Todd; his sons, James Lavell Conn (Wanda) and Timothy Jay Conn, Sr.; his grandchildren, Christy Nicole Wilson (Scott), Timothy Jay Conn, Jr. (Lisa), James Daniel Conn (Jamie), Elisha Virginia Jenkins (Clayton) and Amber Dawn Conn; and his great grandchildren, Kylee Nicole Wilson, Brenna Reese Conn, Wesley Walter Conn, Jackson Daniel Conn, Jace Edward Conn, Jamison William Conn, Jenna Grace Conn, Joseph Ray Harris, Danyelle Elizabeth Hinton, Breonna Renee McDonald, Aiden Gregory Turner, Asher Timothy Busby and Saylor Grace Butler.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ellisville Funeral Home (1204 B Avenue, Ellisville, MS 39437). A burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at the Hickory Grove Cemetery.
