He was predeceased by: his father Ellsworth F. Hartz, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Williams Hartz; his children, Timothy L. Hartz, Jr. (Christina), Zachary Hartz (Halee), Shannon Williams, Danelle Sliter, Cassondra Freitag (Adam) and Nicole Annis; his mother Barbara J. Seese Hartz; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Kaci, Jacob, Hannah, Daniel, Samantha, Selena, Zander, Grayson and Leon; and his siblings, Ellsworth F. Hartz III (Patricia), Brian Keith Hartz (Michelle) and Bobbie K. Micinski (Russell).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel Saturday (4593 Indian Springs Rd, Laurel, MS 39443). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
