He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Frances Blackledge Stringer and Leroy Stringer; and his brothers, Roy Laverne Stringer of Laurel and Gerald Stringer of Laurel. He is survived by: his son Jason Stringer; his brother Gene Stringer; his nephews, Matthew Stringer and Mitchell Stringer; and his great-niece Cheyann Stringer.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Grace Baptist Church Cemetery (62 Big Richardson Rd, Laurel, MS 39443). A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
