He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Holifield and Nellie Holifield; his sister Molly Walters; and his son Rodney Holifield. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie; and his daughters, Denise (Eddie), Cindy (Steve) and Marsha (Phil). He is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
