He was predeceased by: his parents, Midwol Evans and Jacqueline Evans. He is survived by: his wife Belinda; his daughters, Kristy Boone (Rocky) and Kaitlyn Graham (Tyler); his grandchildren, Cole, Emily Boone, Ava and Tate Graham; and his siblings, Donna Manning (Mike) and Randy Evans.
