We bid farewell to Susan D. Holmes of Laurel, Mississippi, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 29, 2024 at the age of 65. Susan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, G. B. Ishee and Opal Ishee Lott; and her former husband Dale West. She is survived by: her brothers, Steve Ishee (Lisa) of Laurel, MS and Jason Ishee of Birmingham, AL; her nephews, Nic Ishee (Cheyenne) of Dallas, TX, Carson Ishee (Catherine) of Birmingham, AL and Conner Ishee of Pensacola, FL; her niece Taylor Ishee Perkins (Trevor) of Rochester, NY; her great-niece Annie Elizabeth Perkins of Rochester, NY; and her close friend Carleen Cooper of Laurel, MS.. She is also survived by her family, friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Staples Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to The Least of These Animal Rescue, Ellisville, MS in memory of Susan Ishee Holmes.
