She was predeceased by: her parents, Barnett Carter and Wilma Collum Carter; and her sisters, Rebecca Carter and Mary Lurie "Penny" Walters. She is survived by: her husband Travis L Nicholson; her sons, Shane Nicholson (Samantha) and Trent Nicholson (Lynn); and her grandchildren, Jackson Nicholson (Elizabeth), Taylor Nicholson, Carter Nicholson, Baylie Nicholson, Jillian Nicholson and Ashlee Nicholson.
In lieu of flowers, the family humbly request that memorial contributions be made to the Gideon's International Ministries or the Alzheimer's Association.
