It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shari Ann Jernigan of Laurel, Mississippi, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Ken Ishee; her parents, James Everette Jernigan and Jewel Odessa Jernigan; and her siblings, Norman Womble, James Jernigan, Jr., Sammy Womble, Nan Graham and Ruth Johnson.

She is survived by: her sisters, Frankie Robertson and Patsy Hadaway; her grandchildren, Tristen Sawyer Ishee and Brynden A Johnson; her daughter-in-law Angie Ishee; and her great grandchild Weylon Windham.
