He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack West, Sr. and Elsie Audrey Shedd West. He is survived by: his children, Michael Nix (Alise) of Laurel, Robert (West Jr.), Fenwick (Holly) of Tuscaloosa, AL. and Audrey Welch (Josh) of Laurel; and his siblings, Jack West Jr. (Sherry) of Wayne County, Carolyn Robinson (Robin) of Mize and Betty Robinson (Neil) of Wayne County. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Memory Chapel Funeral Home (3100 Audubon Dr, Laurel, MS 39440). A graveside service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Myrick Cemetery.
