He was predeceased by: his parents, Bodie S. Buxton, Sr. and Ora B. Carpenter Buxton; and his siblings, Barbara Faye Buxton and Bodie Buxton Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Keith Buxton; his children, Deborah Buxton Hanson and Robert "Reb" Buxton Jr.; his sister Patricia Buxton; and his siblings-in-law, Jodie Buxton, David Keith (Terry), Jim Keith (Charlene) and Phil Wells (Judy). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
