She was predeceased by: her mother Willie Cranford Sumrall; her husband Clinton Calhoun Welborn, Jr.; her father Thomas Leon Sumrall; and her brothers, Tommy Sumrall and Roland "Pat" Sumrall.
She is survived by: her children, David Welborn (Cynthia) and Janet Staples (Ben); her grandchildren, Kyle White (Josh), Clint Welborn (Danielle), Jerod Staples (Leah), Jacob Staples (Shannon) and Abby Thaxton (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Dagan White, Eli White, Cooper White, Benjamin Staples, Lillian Staples, Caroline Staples, James Staples, Isaac Staples, Kate Staples, Cameron Thaxton, Dallas Thaxton, Kruz Welborn, Macey Joiner and Eli Joiner; her nephews, Mike Sumrall and Tim Sumrall; her niece Sherry Blackledge; and her sisters-in-law, Faye Wolgamott and Gretchen Tanner.
