He is survived by: his wife Joanne "Mickey" Ulmer; the mother of his children Anneice Burke (Patrick); his siblings, Levay "Bubby" Ulmer (Cathy), Joan Parker (Marshall), Gay Herring (Terry) and Rose Rice (Rich); his sons, Randall Ulmer (Angie), Jeffrey Ulmer (Sandra) and Mitchell Ulmer (Deborah); his stepsons, Randy Flowers (Stacey) and Darrell Flowers (Sabrina); his daughter Barbara Ambercrombie (Tommy); and his stepdaughters, Cheryl George (Roger) and Jeri Jackson (Steven).
